In today’s times, the manufacture of good cosmetics requires a very good technological workshop. At present, cosmetics are increasingly more often produced like medicinal products in almost pharmaceutical conditions – particularly in respects of sterility and hygiene and the meticulousness and precision of production. However, in order for a cosmetic to be truly safe and effective the support of a scientific base is necessary. It is for this reason that in 2001 we created our own Dr Irena Eris Scientific Research Centre with a state of the art laboratory that enables us to conduct multi-directional research and experiments in the field of cosmetology. These studies are conducted under the direction of doctors in dermatology, pharmacy, biology and chemistry.
RESEARCH
THE CENTRE HEADQUARTERS
A matter of extreme importance in the production of cosmetics is not only the assurance that the produced preparation is safe but also the knowledge regarding its effectiveness and the on the actual action it has on the skin. Thus, one of the most significant fields of activity of the Dr Irena Eris Cosmetic Laboratory is scientific research. Thanks to this research, we can be certain that we offer the possibility of an effective and safe skin care programme for the face and body. Cosmetics’ testing is a completely new scientific field. Up until now, it was a rare commodity not only in Poland, but worldwide.
The walls of the palace in Henryków conceal an almost 200-year history. It is not known when it was actually built. The villa was most probably erected at the beginning of the 19th century by the French émigré Henry Bonnet, and was later extended and developed to the size of a palace by his son-in-law, the English Baron George Fanshave. At the beginning of the next century, the palace became the property of Count August Potocki. The palace was a haven for many institutions since the First World War.
